These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by ReFit Inc. (株式会社ReFit, hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all matters relating to the use of the Service between users and the Company.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Registration shall be completed when a prospective user applies for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company and the Company approves such application. The Company may decline a registration application in the following cases:

When false information has been provided in the registration application
When the applicant has previously violated these Terms
When the Company otherwise deems the registration inappropriate

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Activities related to criminal conduct
Activities that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Company's servers or networks
Activities that may disrupt the operation of the Service
Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
Impersonating another user
Activities that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if the Company determines that any of the following reasons exist:

When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates on the computer systems related to the Service
When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
When computers or communication lines are shut down due to an accident
When the Company otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or to those who have licensed such rights to the Company. The license to use the Service under these Terms does not constitute a license to use the Company's intellectual property.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company makes no express or implied warranties that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including but not limited to defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

The Company may change the content of or discontinue the Service without notice to users, and shall bear no liability for any damage arising from such changes to users.

Article 8 (Amendments to These Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms at any time without notice to users when the Company deems it necessary. The amended Terms of Use shall take effect from the time they are published on the Company's website.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
